This draft explains the website data collection we currently implement. It is not a complete privacy notice for a future software account or managed service.

Information you submit
The enquiry form collects your name, work email, business name, optional phone number, interest and message. Early-access requests collect contact and business information, including phone number, website, team size, industry, business description, current tools and operational challenges. Partner applications collect contact details, practice name, location, client-count range, current software and an optional message. Records also include a submission time and identifier. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive client records through these forms.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to requests, discuss demonstrations, trial access and onboarding, and review partner applications. These forms do not create paid accounts or activate trials automatically.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored through Lovable Cloud. The team review page is password-protected, with a server-side check before records are returned. This is not a guarantee of absolute security. The complete list of processors, their contractual roles and any international transfers must be confirmed.
Browser storage and technical data
The team review page uses browser local storage to remember the entered passcode. The website also relies on hosting and technical services. A full audit of cookies, analytics, logs and third-party browser storage has not been completed; no claim that the website is cookie-free is made.
Requests and retention
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information. We will review the request and any applicable obligations. Retention periods and request-handling procedures are not yet finalised, so no fixed deletion period or response deadline is promised here.
To confirm before final publication
Confirm the contracting entity and privacy contact email, applicable lawful bases and rights, processors and transfers, actual cookie/analytics behaviour, retention schedules and the requirements of applicable UAE privacy law.
